This video shows how the marble mosaic chips collocated and placed  before mesh mounting process.

The shown material is Nero marquina marble , we have other material like Italy Bianco carrara marble,

Calcatta gold marble , Greek Thassos white marble , Turkey Dolomite ,Tunisial grey marble and Chinese wooden white marble ,wooden blue and Cinderella grey etc.

The shown chips are of chevron pattern.

We have other mosaic patterns like Herringbone pattern ,lantern pattern ,fan pattern,
